LeafTide Solutions just came to power wash my house and it’s never been so clean! John was awesome, showed up early, listened to my blah-blah-blahs about my plants (I’m a horticulturalist so plants are kinda a big deal to me and I was worried about the bleach on them) and assured me they’d be well taken care of, pointed out some issues with our gutters I’d never noticed and wouldn’t have until it was an issue, did my curb and driveway concrete apron (talk about some major street appeal- it looks NEW), mailbox, screened porch, sidewalk AND the whole house. Super reasonably priced and obviously just a nice person. Can’t give more than 5 stars, so FIVE STARS it is!

We have struggled to find someone comfortable enough to get on our front gutters to get leaves down - so we abandoned them for the past 2-3 years. We had a little tree growing out of our gutter that was pulling up some of the roof tiles. We were very concerned about the damage so we found John at LeafTide. He came out and did a really great job of not only removing the tree, but he also repaired the roof tiles, cleaned out all our gutters, power washed the whole gutter system and removed all our antiquated gutter guards. He was very kind and patient with us and even came out a few months later and repaired a loose gutter for us. I would highly recommend LeafTide.

I had to install a gutter for my gazebo near the deck. John came out and did a fantastic job. It rained hard one day. I noticed some of the water was still in the gutter and did not flow towards downspout. So I contacted John on Sunday to explain the situation. He came out the next day. We found out that my gazebo was not leveled, so he adjusted the gutter and the water began to flow out. He put more water from my hose to test it out before he left. John at Leaftide is my hero! Sometimes it can be hard to know what you are going to get when you call for a service but, with John, you are getting the best. My 80 year old house looks brand new. And, unknown to me, half of my roof that is not visible was totally covered in moss. John got every bit of it off and my roof looks beautiful! He didnt cut any corners or take short cuts. The owner was professional, gave us great recommendations and made sure to clean up after himself. Our gutters have been overflowing and we didn’t know why. He installed a bigger downspout so the water could drain faster and prevent overflowing in the gutter. In addition, he got on our roof with a blower and cleaned all of our gutters and checked all the downspouts for clogs. Will have him back to do more work.

John was very responsive, timely, and was very kind and knowledgeable. He helped us assess the condition of the gutters on our new home, and was very thorough and efficient with the job. We will definitely be using John again and we can't recommend him more!

Unfortunately I have no before pictures but I’m kind of glad because they were a bit embarrassing 😬 he made my house look BEAUTIFUL again and I 100% recommend him. His advice was everything I needed as a new home owner and he will be returning soon to get my gutters cleaned out! Amazing communicator, was here at the time he stated he would be, let me know what he was going to do and what he had done after the fact and even gave me advice on my gutters and a bee hive I have near my hvac unit. 5 stars is a low rating so I’ll be giving you 10000 stars!
LeafTide Solutions did a great job today on my home! John, the owner performed a gutter cleaning, softwash to my siding and pressure washing to my deck, front stoop and walkway. His work is top notch and I highly recommend LeafTide Solutions. Pricing is very fair & reasonable!
We had our house, garage, sidewalk, gutters, and deck washed by John today. I knew the house was dirty but I didn't even realize just how bad the sidewalk and patio were until I saw them after John finished cleaning. He was on time, courteous, and personable. I absolutely would hire him again. If I'd thought to take before photos, I would post before and after pictures.
Just had our house powerwashed and the gutters cleaned out. It looks great, LeafTide Solutions did an amazing job! The siding and windows need to be completely replaced and they still look good. The team here is awesome! I put out for quotes across 10 different companies for hauling away a large section within 24 hours. All 10 companies advertised quick quotes, easy scheduling and haul away. The scheduling and setup were super easy and pickup went off with a hitch. John did an amazing and thorough job on our roof and house! Everything looks so much brighter and we can finally see out of our skylights. He's very professional and prompt. We will be adding this to our regular house maintenance
We had a little tree growing out of our gutter that was pulling up some of the roof tiles. We were very concerned about the damage so we found John at LeafTide. He came out and did a really great job of not only removing the tree, but he also repaired the roof tiles, cleaned out all our gutters, power washed the whole gutter system and removed all our antiquated gutter guards. He was very kind and patient with us and even came out a few months later and repaired a loose gutter for us. I would highly recommend LeafTide.
I initially called John w/ LeafTide Solutions to check and clean my Gutter Helmet System for bird nests which were obstructing water drainage and causing overflow. John found quite a large amount of bird nests and bird nest debris at the ends of all the gutters. He removed all the debris and flushed the gutters and then covered up the tiny opening at the ends with a mesh wire screen to prevent further bird occupancy. I then had John power wash the house to remove all the streaking from water overflow. Oh my gosh, I am so happy with the entire outcome. I feel I have added so much to the life and appearance of my home. The attention to detail and the quality of work way exceeded my expectations. And all for a very fair price! I have added this company to my phone contact list.

Leaftide did a wonderful job on my home it looks great! One of the things that I really appreciated is that he was very careful not to trample on my plants, Other companies that have come crushed my flowers. The other really great thing I liked was that my windows didn’t have residue left all over them like other companies have left big bleach streak marks. I’m definitely having Leaftide come back again and do my home. You won’t be sorry if you have them clean your home😊
