I had to install a gutter for my gazebo near the deck. John came out and did a fantastic job. It rained hard one day. I noticed some of the water was still in the gutter and did not flow towards downspout. So I contacted John on Sunday to explain the situation. He came out the next day. We found out that my gazebo was not leveled, so he adjusted the gutter and the water began to flow out. He put more water from my hose to test it out before he left. His customer service after the job meant a lot to me. John, I appreciate you keeping your words and coming back out. I will call you for my next house power washing. I will ask my family and relatives to do the same.

John at Leaftide is my hero! Sometimes it can be hard to know what you are going to get when you call for a service but, with John, you are getting the best. My 80 year old house looks brand new. And, unknown to me, half of my roof that is not visible was totally covered in moss. John got every bit of it off and my roof looks beautiful! He didnt cut any corners or take short cuts. The owner was professional, gave us great recommendations and made sure to clean up after himself. Our gutters have been overflowing and we didn’t know why. He installed a bigger downspout so the water could drain faster and prevent overflowing in the gutter. In addition, he got on our roof with a blower and cleaned all of our gutters and checked all the downspouts for clogs. Will have him back to do more work.

His advice was everything I needed as a new home owner and he will be returning soon to get my gutters cleaned out! Amazing communicator, was here at the time he stated he would be, let me know what he was going to do and what he had done after the fact and even gave me advice on my gutters and a bee hive I have near my hvac unit. 5 stars is a low rating so I’ll be giving you 10000 stars!
I initially called John w/ LeafTide Solutions to check and clean my Gutter Helmet System for bird nests which were obstructing water drainage and causing overflow. John found quite a large amount of bird nests and bird nest debris at the ends of all the gutters. He removed all the debris and flushed the gutters and then covered up the tiny opening at the ends with a mesh wire screen to prevent further bird occupancy. I then had John power wash the house to remove all the streaking from water overflow. Oh my gosh, I am so happy with the entire outcome. I feel I have added so much to the life and appearance of my home. The attention to detail and the quality of work way exceeded my expectations. And all for a very fair price! I have added this company to my phone contact list.
John did an excellent job power washing our home. It had been 2.5 years since our last cleaning, but he was able to get everything clean. He even power washed our walkway to the porch and the curb! I never knew that a clean curb could really make your front yard pop! I’ll be using him again next year.
We are new to the area and just moved into our home that had been vacant throughout the fall and desperately needed the gutters cleaned. I called LeafTide to inquire about services and John offered to come out the next day. We weren't able to do the suggested date due to needing to go out of town for a family matter, so John offered to come out the same day we called. Young man was respectful of my time and property. Powerwashed, cleaning the house, roof, drains, and deck, had it looking new. Didn't leave a mess behind either. Gave me a fair price. I would use him again.
Once in a while I run into a good business. This is one of them. John is a good honest man filled with integrity. He did a wonderful job on my house and cleaned the sidewalks and driveway quickly and professionally. I would recommend him to anyone you just can’t get a better company.

Could not say enough great things about Leaftide solutions! We have struggled to find someone comfortable enough to get on our front gutters to get leaves down - so we abandoned them for the past 2-3 years. We finally found Leaftide and this company went above and beyond our expectations! Not only did they make our gutters sparkling white again, but also did an amazing job power washing our house, porch, and mailbox! The team here is awesome! I put out for quotes across 10 different companies for hauling away a large section within 24 hours. All 10 companies advertised quick quotes, easy scheduling and haul away. Leaftide did a wonderful job on my home it looks great! One of the things that I really appreciated is that he was very careful not to trample on my plants, Other companies that have come crushed my flowers. The other really great thing I liked was that my windows didn’t have residue left all over them like other companies have left big bleach streak marks. John power washed my house, front porch, back deck and shed today. The house was filthy. John spent a considerable amount of time and effort and did great detailed work. Afterwards he took time to review various details of the job with me. He is courteous, and personable and I will defiantly use him again for future needs. I highly recommend him.

Just had our house powerwashed and the gutters cleaned out. It looks great, LeafTide Solutions did an amazing job! The siding and windows need to be completely replaced and they still look good. At least it can look clean for the holidays. Excellent value, fast, pleasant and he did a great job. Arrived right on time. I highly recommend LeafTide Solutions.
John came to my house and did pressure washing on the whole house plus the concrete walkway and an additional concrete patch by the backyard deck. He did a fantastic job. Words cannot express how amazing of a job John did with our house!! We have our house power washed every year but never to the quality that John did. Our roof literally looks brand new and our house is actually bright again! Looks like a brand new house and we couldn’t be more thankful for the timing as we put our house on the market! LeafTide Solutions just came to power wash my house and it’s never been so clean! John was awesome, showed up early, listened to my blah-blah-blahs about my plants (I’m a horticulturalist so plants are kinda a big deal to me and I was worried about the bleach on them) and assured me they’d be well taken care of, pointed out some issues with our gutters I’d never noticed and wouldn’t have until it was an issue, did my curb and driveway concrete apron (talk about some major street appeal- it looks NEW), mailbox, screened porch, sidewalk AND the whole house. Super reasonably priced and obviously just a nice person. Can’t give more than 5 stars, so FIVE STARS it is!
