I had to install a gutter for my gazebo near the deck. John came out and did a fantastic job. It rained hard one day. I noticed some of the water was still in the gutter and did not flow towards downspout. So I contacted John on Sunday to explain the situation. He came out the next day. We found out that my gazebo was not leveled, so he adjusted the gutter and the water began to flow out. He put more water from my hose to test it out before he left. His customer service after the job meant a lot to me. John, I appreciate you keeping your words and coming back out. I will call you for my next house power washing. I will ask my family and relatives to do the same.

We had a little tree growing out of our gutter that was pulling up some of the roof tiles. We were very concerned about the damage so we found John at LeafTide. He came out and did a really great job of not only removing the tree, but he also repaired the roof tiles, cleaned out all our gutters, power washed the whole gutter system and removed all our antiquated gutter guards. He was very kind and patient with us and even came out a few months later and repaired a loose gutter for us. I would highly recommend LeafTide.

I initially called John w/ LeafTide Solutions to check and clean my Gutter Helmet System for bird nests which were obstructing water drainage and causing overflow. John found quite a large amount of bird nests and bird nest debris at the ends of all the gutters. He removed all the debris and flushed the gutters and then covered up the tiny opening at the ends with a mesh wire screen to prevent further bird occupancy. I then had John power wash the house to remove all the streaking from water overflow. Oh my gosh, I am so happy with the entire outcome. I feel I have added so much to the life and appearance of my home. The attention to detail and the quality of work way exceeded my expectations. And all for a very fair price! I have added this company to my phone contact list.

We are new to the Richmond area and needed our home power washed. I did some research and requested quotes from 3 vendors local to the Ashland/Glen Allen area. LeafTide Solutions was the company we chose to do the work. John was prompt in replying to our request for a quote and his price was fair and reasonable. He was on time, communicated well, did excellent work, and completed the work on schedule. I highly recommend LeafTide Solutions for power washing and will use them for additional services in the future.
John at Leaftide is my hero! Sometimes it can be hard to know what you are going to get when you call for a service but, with John, you are getting the best. My 80 year old house looks brand new. And, unknown to me, half of my roof that is not visible was totally covered in moss. John got every bit of it off and my roof looks beautiful! He didnt cut any corners or take short cuts. He worked until the job was done and done right. I'll never call anyone else for this type of work.
LeafTide Solutions just came to power wash my house and it’s never been so clean! John was awesome, showed up early, listened to my blah-blah-blahs about my plants (I’m a horticulturalist so plants are kinda a big deal to me and I was worried about the bleach on them) and assured me they’d be well taken care of, pointed out some issues with our gutters I’d never noticed and wouldn’t have until it was an issue, did my curb and driveway concrete apron (talk about some major street appeal- it looks NEW), mailbox, screened porch, sidewalk AND the whole house. Super reasonably priced and obviously just a nice person. Can’t give more than 5 stars, so FIVE STARS it is!
Unfortunately I have no before pictures but I’m kind of glad because they were a bit embarrassing 😬 he made my house look BEAUTIFUL again and I 100% recommend him. His advice was everything I needed as a new home owner and he will be returning soon to get my gutters cleaned out! Amazing communicator, was here at the time he stated he would be, let me know what he was going to do and what he had done after the fact and even gave me advice on my gutters and a bee hive I have near my hvac unit. 5 stars is a low rating so I’ll be giving you 10000 stars!

The owner was professional, gave us great recommendations and made sure to clean up after himself. Our gutters have been overflowing and we didn’t know why. He installed a bigger downspout so the water could drain faster and prevent overflowing in the gutter. In addition, he got on our roof with a blower and cleaned all of our gutters and checked all the downspouts for clogs. Will have him back to do more work.
Young man was respectful of my time and property. Powerwashed, cleaning the house, roof, drains, and deck, had it looking new. Didn't leave a mess behind either. Gave me a fair price. I would use him again.

John soft washed my roof a couple weeks ago, and it looks brand new again. It’s 20+ years old, but with the original color uniform across it and all the mold and moss growing on it, well it’s all gone. Could not say enough great things about Leaftide solutions! We have struggled to find someone comfortable enough to get on our front gutters to get leaves down - so we abandoned them for the past 2-3 years. We finally found Leaftide and this company went above and beyond our expectations! Not only did they make our gutters sparkling white again, but also did an amazing job power washing our house, porch, and mailbox! The last time we power washed our house we got water leakage in the house and it caused hardwood floor damage. This company took that into consideration and was careful but thorough!
