I initially called John w/ LeafTide Solutions to check and clean my Gutter Helmet System for bird nests which were obstructing water drainage and causing overflow. John found quite a large amount of bird nests and bird nest debris at the ends of all the gutters. He removed all the debris and flushed the gutters and then covered up the tiny opening at the ends with a mesh wire screen to prevent further bird occupancy. I then had John power wash the house to remove all the streaking from water overflow. Oh my gosh, I am so happy with the entire outcome. I feel I have added so much to the life and appearance of my home. The attention to detail and the quality of work way exceeded my expectations. And all for a very fair price! I have added this company to my phone contact list.

Could not say enough great things about Leaftide solutions! We have struggled to find someone comfortable enough to get on our front gutters to get leaves down - so we abandoned them for the past 2-3 years. We finally found Leaftide and this company went above and beyond our expectations! Not only did they make our gutters sparkling white again, but also did an amazing job power washing our house, porch, and mailbox! The last time we power washed our house we got water leakage in the house and it caused hardwood floor damage. This company took that into consideration and was careful but thorough! Blown away by the detail and quality of work from LeafTide Solutions. My townhome builds a lot of green algae on the siding and I was very impressed with the end result! John went above and beyond by also removing a few wasp nests I couldn’t access. My side walk and back patio also look so much better! 10/10! Thank you!!

Wasn’t able to grab pictures because the rain didn’t allow us to do so but this man did an amazing job! Even gave me a recommendation on my gutters. John at Leaftide is my hero! Sometimes it can be hard to know what you are going to get when you call for a service but, with John, you are getting the best. My 80 year old house looks brand new. And, unknown to me, half of my roof that is not visible was totally covered in moss. John got every bit of it off and my roof looks beautiful! He didnt cut any corners or take short cuts. He worked until the job was done and done right. I'll never call anyone else for this type of work.
Just had our house powerwashed and the gutters cleaned out. It looks great, LeafTide Solutions did an amazing job! The siding and windows need to be completely replaced and they still look good. We had our house, garage, sidewalk, gutters, and deck washed by John today. I knew the house was dirty but I didn't even realize just how bad the sidewalk and patio were until I saw them after John finished cleaning. He was on time, courteous, and personable. I absolutely would hire him again. If I'd thought to take before photos, I would post before and after pictures.

Words cannot express how amazing of a job John did with our house!! We have our house power washed every year but never to the quality that John did. I had to install a gutter for my gazebo near the deck. John came out and did a fantastic job. It rained hard one day. I noticed some of the water was still in the gutter and did not flow towards downspout. So I contacted John on Sunday to explain the situation. He came out the next day. We found out that my gazebo was not leveled, so he adjusted the gutter and the water began to flow out. He put more water from my hose to test it out before he left. His customer service after the job meant a lot to me. John, I appreciate you keeping your words and coming back out. I will call you for my next house power washing. I will ask my family and relatives to do the same.
John is an amazing worker. He cleaned a difficult, hard-to-maneuver around gutter & made it look easy. Then he power-washed my fabulously dirty driveway & walk in 1/10th the time it takes me with my little power-washer & did a beautiful job. He has the right equipment & knows how to use it. He is careful, thorough & respectful of lawns garden beds. He does great work at a fair price. I would recommend him to anyone!
I wish I had taken before photos of our house, garage, and deck because after John's hard work today it all looks great! He was very conscientious about being careful around some loose bricks on our chimney so as not to cause damage. I absolutely recommend LeafTide Solutions!

Leaftide did a wonderful job on my home it looks great! One of the things that I really appreciated is that he was very careful not to trample on my plants, Other companies that have come crushed my flowers. The other really great thing I liked was that my windows didn’t have residue left all over them like other companies have left big bleach streak marks. We are new to the area and just moved into our home that had been vacant throughout the fall and desperately needed the gutters cleaned. I called LeafTide to inquire about services and John offered to come out the next day. We weren't able to do the suggested date due to needing to go out of town for a family matter, so John offered to come out the same day we called. John was very responsive, timely, and was very kind and knowledgeable. He helped us assess the condition of the gutters on our new home, and was very thorough and efficient with the job. We will definitely be using John again and we can't recommend him more!
Unfortunately I have no before pictures but I’m kind of glad because they were a bit embarrassing 😬 he made my house look BEAUTIFUL again and I 100% recommend him. His advice was everything I needed as a new home owner and he will be returning soon to get my gutters cleaned out! Amazing communicator, was here at the time he stated he would be, let me know what he was going to do and what he had done after the fact and even gave me advice on my gutters and a bee hive I have near my hvac unit. 5 stars is a low rating so I’ll be giving you 10000 stars!

LeafTide Solutions just came to power wash my house and it’s never been so clean! John was awesome, showed up early, listened to my blah-blah-blahs about my plants (I’m a horticulturalist so plants are kinda a big deal to me and I was worried about the bleach on them) and assured me they’d be well taken care of, pointed out some issues with our gutters I’d never noticed and wouldn’t have until it was an issue, did my curb and driveway concrete apron (talk about some major street appeal- it looks NEW), mailbox, screened porch, sidewalk AND the whole house. Super reasonably priced and obviously just a nice person. Can’t give more than 5 stars, so FIVE STARS it is!

He even came back the following day to finish a treatment that had to sit overnight to get some of the grime off of our house, which was NOT part of the original deal. First of all I just want to say my expectations were seriously exceeded. John was very detailed and took great care in pressure washing my house. We had some staining on the ceiling of our front porch that’s now bright white again. I forgot how good this house could look and it’s amazing to have it looking like new again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had a little tree growing out of our gutter that was pulling up some of the roof tiles. We were very concerned about the damage so we found John at LeafTide. He came out and did a really great job of not only removing the tree, but he also repaired the roof tiles, cleaned out all our gutters, power washed the whole gutter system and removed all our antiquated gutter guards. He was very kind and patient with us and even came out a few months later and repaired a loose gutter for us. I would highly recommend LeafTide.
