We were looking for someone to soft wash our home, not just anybody with a pressure washer, someone responsible with great reviews that was well versed in their profession. LeafTide Solutions checked all the boxes. Our home has it's sparkle back & we couldn't be more pleased. On time, professional, & courteous.

John did an excellent job power washing our home. It had been 2.5 years since our last cleaning, but he was able to get everything clean. He even power washed our walkway to the porch and the curb! I never knew that a clean curb could really make your front yard pop! I’ll be using him again next year.

John is an amazing worker. He cleaned a difficult, hard-to-maneuver around gutter & made it look easy. Then he power-washed my fabulously dirty driveway & walk in 1/10th the time it takes me with my little power-washer & did a beautiful job. He has the right equipment & knows how to use it. He is careful, thorough & respectful of lawns garden beds. He does great work at a fair price. I would recommend him to anyone!

Just had our house powerwashed and the gutters cleaned out. It looks great, LeafTide Solutions did an amazing job! The siding and windows need to be completely replaced and they still look good. We had a little tree growing out of our gutter that was pulling up some of the roof tiles. We were very concerned about the damage so we found John at LeafTide. He came out and did a really great job of not only removing the tree, but he also repaired the roof tiles, cleaned out all our gutters, power washed the whole gutter system and removed all our antiquated gutter guards. Could not say enough great things about Leaftide solutions! We have struggled to find someone comfortable enough to get on our front gutters to get leaves down - so we abandoned them for the past 2-3 years. LeafTide Solutions just came to power wash my house and it’s never been so clean! John was awesome, showed up early, listened to my blah-blah-blahs about my plants (I’m a horticulturalist so plants are kinda a big deal to me and I was worried about the bleach on them) and assured me they’d be well taken care of, pointed out some issues with our gutters I’d never noticed and wouldn’t have until it was an issue, did my curb and driveway concrete apron (talk about some major street appeal- it looks NEW), mailbox, screened porch, sidewalk AND the whole house. Super reasonably priced and obviously just a nice person. Can’t give more than 5 stars, so FIVE STARS it is!

And, unknown to me, half of my roof that is not visible was totally covered in moss. John got every bit of it off and my roof looks beautiful! He didnt cut any corners or take short cuts. He worked until the job was done and done right. I'll never call anyone else for this type of work.
